A private family based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Montessori nanny to provide dedicated care for their baby. This is an excellent opportunity for a career nanny with a strong understanding of infant development and a genuine passion for fostering learning and independence from the earliest stages. The family is looking for a calm, knowledgeable, and nurturing professional who can create a developmentally focused environment while supporting the baby’s daily routines and overall wellbeing.
The nanny’s primary focus will be the baby’s care, development, and routine. Responsibilities include supporting age-appropriate milestones, implementing healthy sleep routines, assisting with nutrition and feeding progression, tracking developmental achievements, and planning engaging Montessori-inspired activities that encourage exploration and learning. The ideal candidate will be proactive, observant, and confident tailoring activities to the baby’s evolving needs.
The family travels frequently throughout Europe to visit relatives, making travel an important part of the role. A valid EU passport is therefore essential. This is a live-in position offering accommodation within a fully staffed home, allowing the nanny to focus entirely on childcare responsibilities.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
Salary from AED 20,000+ per month depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:
Proven professional experience caring for infants in private households
Montessori training, certification, or a strong Montessori-based childcare approach
Extensive knowledge of infant development and developmental milestones
Experience establishing healthy sleep routines and supporting infant nutrition
Confident tracking developmental progress and adapting activities accordingly
Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate Montessori-inspired activities
EU passport holder (essential) for regular family travel throughout Europe
Comfortable living and working within a fully staffed household
Flexible and willing to travel internationally as required
