A VVIP family based in Dubai Festival City is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Montessori governess to care for their 5-year-old child, ideal for a professional with expertise in early childhood education and a passion for fostering curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. The governess will plan and lead Montessori-based activities, support cognitive, social, and emotional development, prepare educational materials, and engage the child in structured learning and play. Additional responsibilities include supporting the child’s daily routines, meal preparation, organizing the learning environment, coordinating educational outings and activities, and maintaining a tidy and stimulating space.
The role includes travel with the family as required, working alongside an assistant who will provide support, and maintaining open communication with the parents regarding the child’s progress and development. The position offers private living accommodations with a bedroom and bathroom in a large shared staff penthouse. The schedule is six days per week with 12-hour days including a 2-hour break, and the position offers a competitive salary of AED 20,000 per month.
