A HNW family based in Damac Hills, Dubai is seeking an experienced British Nanny/Governess to support the early development of their two-year-old child. This is a live-out position (no accommodation provided) working alongside a stay-at-home mother in a fully supported household. The focus of this role is firmly on education, school readiness, manners, and fostering a love of learning through engaging, age-appropriate activities in a nurturing and structured environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years education or child development and be passionate about helping young children reach key developmental milestones. You will take the lead in planning educational activities, encouraging positive behaviour, supporting language development, and creating a stimulating daily routine that promotes confidence and independence. The family travels internationally on occasion, so flexibility to accompany them when required is appreciated.
This is an excellent long-term opportunity offering a competitive salary of up to AED 30,000 per month, with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available for the successful candidate.
Requirements:
British national or native British English speaker.
Proven experience as a Nanny, Governess, or Early Years Educator.
Strong background in early years education, child development, or a related field.
Experience supporting toddlers with early learning and school readiness.
Passion for promoting good manners, confidence, and age-appropriate development.
Comfortable working alongside a stay-at-home parent and within a fully staffed household.
Available for occasional international travel with the family.
Happy to work a live-out schedule of 5 days per week, 10 hours per day.
Eligible for UAE visa sponsorship or willing to relocate to Dubai.
