Russian-Speaking Nanny | Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $30/hour
A family in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a professional Russian-speaking nanny to provide attentive, development-focused care for their infant. This role is ideal for a nurturing, experienced caregiver with a strong understanding of infant development and a passion for creating a structured, engaging environment during the early stages of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Infant Care & Development
Provide attentive, nurturing, and responsive care for the infant
Implement developmentally appropriate activities and sensory experiences tailored to the child’s age and stage
Support and monitor developmental milestones through engaging, hands-on interaction
Maintain consistent daily routines to promote healthy growth and well-being
Feeding & Daily Care
Prepare and manage all child-related meals and feeding support
Clean and sanitize pump parts and bottles using the family’s bottle washer
Track feeds, naps, and pumping sessions using the Huckleberry app (or provide a detailed written daily summary)
Household & Organization
Handle all child-related laundry
Keep nursery and primary care areas clean, tidy, and well-organized
Communication
Provide regular updates, including photos, via text message
Maintain clear, consistent communication with parents regarding the child’s daily activities and progress
Qualifications & Requirements
Fluent Russian speaker (required)
Proven experience caring for infants in a private home setting
Strong knowledge of infant developmental milestones and age-appropriate practices
Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Warm, engaging, and proactive caregiver
