A family in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Montessori nanny to provide attentive, developmentally focused care for their 13-month-old baby girl in a nurturing home environment. This full-time nanny position is ideal for a childcare professional with a strong understanding of Montessori principles, early childhood development, and toddler milestones, who can create a calm, engaging, and structured routine while supporting independence and curiosity. Mom works from home and Dad travels frequently, so the nanny must be confident with sole-charge care and proactive in planning age-appropriate activities, sensory play, and learning experiences, while managing all child-related duties including meals, naps, hygiene, organization, and tidying of the child’s spaces. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (or similar), and pay starts at $30 per hour.
