Family in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) to support them through the first three months following the birth of their second child, due in October. This is a short-term, overnight position focused entirely on newborn care and ensuring the baby’s smooth adjustment, healthy sleep patterns, and overall well-being.
The family is looking for a knowledgeable, calm, and nurturing professional with extensive experience supporting newborns and first-time parents during the early postpartum period. Responsibilities include overnight feeding support (breast and/or bottle), diaper changes, soothing, establishing a sleep schedule, and logging nightly routines.
The ideal candidate is a certified NCS with a strong background in infant care, excellent communication skills, and a respectful, supportive demeanor.
Schedule: 12-hour overnight shifts, approximately 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 7 nights/week
Compensation: $40+/hour DOE
