Full-time Nanny needed to care for a newborn baby in Chicago, IL (Gold Coast). Ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position, knowledgeable with infant care and childhood development, active and enjoys being out and about with the baby, who has a joy for reading, curiosity for learning, and a natural love for children. Both parents work full-time out of the home.
Responsibilities will include daily care of the baby: preparing baby food, hygiene, overseeing developmental milestones, and providing regular updates to the parents. Some light household tasks needed: the infant’s laundry, tidying, and occasional errands.
Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 50 hours guaranteed per week, with some flexibility to work into the evening if needed but not required. Minimum schedule will 7:30am-5:30pm. Compensation is depending on experience; 3+ weeks of paid vacation a year and great perks.
