Family in Chelsea, Quebec (near Ottawa) is seeking a highly creative, adaptable, and proactive full-time governess to provide well-rounded educational and child-minding support for two children ages 2 and 4. The ideal candidate is fluent in French, Russian or Mandarin, passionate about hands-on learning, and ideally has a strong interest in math, science, or else a willingness to explore these subjects. The governess will design and implement an engaging, play-based curriculum that incorporates the principles of Waldorf or Montessori education, supporting both structured and child-led exploration. At this stage the family does not intend to send children to school and will be homeschooling. This is a full-time, live-out job requiring travel and flexibility with hours. The ideal candidate will view this role as a long-term commitment and an opportunity to grow with the family.
Compensation : $100,000 Gross Annual Salary
