Family in Chelsea SW3 is seeking an experienced Rota Nanny to care for their two boys, aged 4 years and 7 months. The role is child-focused, with all household errands and non-child duties managed by existing staff.
Responsibilities:
- Full childcare for both boys during rota weeks
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Managing routines, activities, naps, and developmental milestones
- Planning creative, age-appropriate play and activities
- Travelling with the family during school holidays
- Managing a severe peanut allergy for the youngest child
- Proxy parenting when needed
- Collaborating smoothly with other household staff
Rotational schedule: 1 or 2 weeks off/on
Accommodation:
- Live-in during rota in a comfortable en-suite room within the family’s townhouse
- Live-out during off weeks
Salary: £60,000 gross per year
