The role is very much focused on day-to-day childcare and creating a structured yet fun environment where the children can thrive. From planning local Chattanooga outings to keeping routines on track, the nanny will play a central role in shaping the children’s daily experiences. The family provides a vehicle for transportation, so a valid driver’s license is required.
Responsibilities:
Providing full daily care for two toddlers
Managing all aspects of the children’s day-to-day needs and routines
Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, outings, and local adventures around Chattanooga
Organising and attending park visits, playdates, and child-friendly community activities
Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
Maintaining consistent daily schedules including naps, meals, and playtime
Managing children’s laundry, clothing, toys, and personal belongings
Keeping all child-related spaces clean, tidy, and well-organised
Driving the children to activities using a family-provided vehicle
Supporting emotional, social, and developmental growth through attentive care and interaction
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
