Private family in Charlotte North Carolina is seeking an experienced full-time nanny to provide exceptional care for infant twins, offering nurturing, responsive, and attachment-focused support from infancy through toddlerhood. The ideal candidate will plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote growth, development, and exploration, while maintaining a safe and loving environment. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining feeding and sleep schedules, preparing bottles and simple healthy meals as the children grow, diapering and supporting toilet learning when appropriate, monitoring developmental milestones, engaging in sensory play and early learning activities, managing children’s laundry and nursery organization, keeping play areas tidy, sanitizing bottles and toys, accompanying the twins to appointments or outings, and providing clear daily communication with parents. Reliable personal transportation is required. This full-time position is Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, and compensation is $30/hr.
