A fully staffed household in Carpinteria, CA is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) for an ASAP start through the end of June. The family is looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who can confidently manage all aspects of newborn care while supporting the parents during the early stages of infancy. Responsibilities include all standard infant care duties such as feeding support, diapering, soothing, maintaining newborn hygiene, monitoring sleep patterns, and helping establish healthy routines and schedules for the baby. The ideal candidate will also provide guidance and reassurance to the parents, assist with day-to-day newborn-related organisation, and work collaboratively within a fully staffed home environment. Strong time management skills, discretion, and the ability to be a true team player are essential for this role. The position required 12-hour daytime coverage, 7 days per week. Compensation starts at $45+ per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
