Family in Capistrano Beach, CA is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Newborn Care Specialist to provide overnight care for a newborn starting late July. This is a 3 month position supporting a breastfeeding mother during nighttime hours.
Responsibilities include:
Bring baby to mom for breastfeeding
Change diapers and provide soothing care after feedings
Settle baby back to sleep between feedings
Maintain a quiet, calm, and safe nighttime environment
Keep a simple nightly log of feedings, diaper changes and sleep patterns
Baby’s laundry
Cleaning breast pump parts
The NCS will work 4 or 5 nights per week from 9pm-6am
Compensation up to $45 per hour DOE
