Working parents in Burlington, Vermont are seeking a reliable and experienced nanny to care for their two children, ages 4 and 2. The family is looking for a warm, energetic caregiver who enjoys creating a fun, structured environment and helping children thrive through play, routines, and positive guidance. The role focuses on supporting the family’s morning and afternoon routines, and operates on a split-shift schedule. Responsibilities include preparing the children for the day, assisting with morning routines, providing school and daycare drop-off and pick-up as needed, planning engaging age-appropriate activities, spending time outdoors, preparing healthy meals and snacks, and supporting bath time and the evening routine. Additional duties include keeping the children’s bedrooms, play areas, and belongings tidy and organized, as well as handling other child-related tasks. Candidates must hold current CPR and First Aid certification, have a valid driver’s license, and own a reliable vehicle. The family is looking for someone dependable, organized, and committed to building a long-term relationship.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00–9:00 a.m. and 4:00–8:00 p.m.
Compensation: $28–30/hour + mileage reimbursement.
