A family based in Brentwood, Tennessee is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Nanny to join their household team and care for their four young children, all aged five and under. This is a full-time position within a collaborative nanny setup, where two nannies work together to provide consistent coverage, structure, and nurturing care across the children’s daily routines. The family is raising their children to be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, so fluency in both languages is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, organised, and confident managing the busy schedule of a young, active household. Responsibilities include all aspects of childcare such as supporting routines, meal times, play, early learning activities, and maintaining a calm and structured environment. The family travels frequently, so comfort with domestic and international travel is required, including overnights, packing support, and assisting with travel logistics.
The schedule runs Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with duties shared between the two nannies to ensure smooth coverage and teamwork throughout the day.
Compensation: $100,000+ salary depending on experience (DOE).
