A family in Brentwood, TN is seeking an experienced nanny to care for their two children: a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old. The older child attends school part-time, four days a week, and the role provides an excellent opportunity for a nurturing, organized, and proactive professional to support both children’s daily routines and development.
The nanny will provide full childcare, including feeding, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe and structured environment. Responsibilities include coordinating engaging activities and outings, supporting both children’s developmental milestones, tidying toys, managing children’s laundry, and keeping their spaces organized and well-stocked. The ideal candidate is attentive, dependable, and capable of balancing the needs of both a toddler and a preschooler while fostering a fun, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
Additional duties include driving the children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and playdates using the provided nanny car. The nanny will also assist with occasional travel alongside the family, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining the children’s routines while away from home. Strong communication with parents and a proactive approach to managing daily schedules are essential for success in this role.
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for later hours and family travel.
Compensation up to $35 per hour, and a nanny car is provided for work-related driving.
