We are currently seeking a full-time nanny who is well-versed in Waldorf and gentle parenting methods to provide exceptional care for a three-year-old child in Brentwood.
Responsibilities:
– Provide attentive and loving care for the child in a screen free household.
– Effective communication skills and emotional intelligence; employing calm explanations.
– Engage the child in educational and developmentally appropriate activities.
– Accompany child on walks, including with the family dogs.
– Create a nurturing and supportive environment for the child’s growth and development.
– Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child.
Qualifications:
– Experience with Waldorf and gentle parenting methods.
– Warm, loving, and engaging demeanor.
– Comfortable with dogs and willing to accompany on walks.
– Passport ready and prior experience traveling with families domestically and internationally.
– Flexible schedule and able to travel for up to three weeks at a time.
– Previous experience working as a nanny

This position offers 40 to 50 hours per week at a competitive rate of $35 per hour, with ample opportunities for overtime and travel.
