A private family in Bozeman, Montana is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking nanny to join their household and provide exceptional care for their three children, ages 6 months, 3 years, and 5 years. This is a live-in position with a separate guest house provided, offering privacy and comfort. While the nanny will interact with all three children, the primary focus of the role will be caring for the family’s infant during the day, as the two older children attend school. A part-time nanny is employed to assist with after-school care and support.
The ideal candidate is nurturing, dependable, and passionate about child development. Daily responsibilities include managing feeding schedules, naps, and routines, engaging the baby in developmental play and age-appropriate activities, and supporting important developmental milestones. The nanny will also help maintain a structured, calm, and organized home environment by keeping the nursery and children’s areas tidy and well maintained. The family is looking for a professional who can communicate fluently in Spanish and naturally incorporate the language into daily interactions, helping foster a bilingual environment for the children.
Requirements:
Fluent Spanish speaker
Minimum 3+ years of professional nanny experience, including infant care
Strong knowledge of infant development and age-appropriate activities
Experience supporting developmental milestones and maintaining consistent routines
Ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and structured environment
Comfortable caring primarily for an infant while collaborating with parents and household staff
Organized and proactive with a commitment to maintaining children’s spaces
Excellent professional references
Authorized to work in the United States
Willing to live on-site in the provided separate guest house
Schedule & Compensation:
Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM
