A family based in Big Sky, Montana is seeking an experienced live-in travel nanny to care for their two young children, ages 2 and 4. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM, ideal for a candidate who is familiar with Montessori principles and has a strong understanding of early childhood development and milestones. The family is looking for someone engaging, patient, and proactive, who can create a calm, structured, and enriching environment that supports the children’s independence and growth.
Responsibilities include planning and facilitating age-appropriate, Montessori-inspired activities, preparing simple and nutritious meals for the children, and safely transporting them to and from activities. The nanny will also travel with the family as needed, maintain organization within the home, and assist with children’s laundry. A strong focus on nurturing development through play and routine is key, along with a hands-on, attentive approach to care.
This is a live-in role, with a private bedroom and bathroom provided. Compensation starts at $30+ per hour, depending on experience.
