LIVE OUT OR LIVE IN NANNY POSITION
Caring for a baby girl born February 2023,
Starting ASAP
5 or 6 days a week, 8 hours a day (flexible), maybe a little more than 8 hours,
Live out or Live in – accommodation is a large studio bedroom attached to the main house, with its own exterior entrance, full bathroom with shower, no bath.
Location: Berkeley, CA (10 minute walk away from shops and restaurants).
Looking for a gentle and respectful nanny who uses RIE to encourage baby’s independence and recognises their competence. Has lots of experience with babies and enjoys spending time outdoors and embracing nature.
Travel with the family would be very valuable, but none required. Optional travel with the family to various destinations, including beaches, mountains, Austin, and occasionally Norway.
A driver would be a bonus, but not essential. A car can be provided for the nanny to use while on duty. There is street parking on a quiet street available for the nanny’s own vehicle and a parking permit can be obtained.
Salary: $70,000-$120,000, dependent on experience and hours.
