A private family based in Belsize Park, London is seeking a highly experienced Norland-trained nanny to care for their three children aged 8, 5, and a newborn baby. This is a dynamic, career nanny position suited to a professional, nurturing, and proactive Norland Nanny. The role is primarily live-out in London, with live-in accommodation provided during travel periods.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional childcare, supporting early years development, and maintaining a structured, engaging, and nurturing environment for three children at different developmental stages.
Key Responsibilities
Full care of three children (8 years, 5 years, newborn)
Supporting newborn routines, feeding schedules, and sleep training
Planning age-appropriate educational and developmental activities
School runs, homework support, and after-school routines
Organising extracurricular activities and playdates
Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
Maintaining children’s bedrooms and play areas
Packing and managing children’s belongings for international travel
Travelling with the family to Spain and other destinations as required
Ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing environment at all times
Requirements
Qualified Norland Nanny or equivalent elite childcare training
Proven experience with newborns and school-aged children
Strong understanding of early childhood development
Confident working in fully staffed and private household environments
Flexible and willing to travel internationally
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Discreet, professional, and emotionally intelligent
Working Arrangements
Location: Live-out in London
Travel: Live-in required during stays in Spain and other international trips
Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility for travel and occasional weekend support
Salary: £65,000 gross per year
