A private family in Belgravia, London is looking for an experienced Russian-speaking ROTA Nanny to care for their 4-year-old daughter. This is a dedicated childcare role for a professional nanny who can provide a warm, engaging and structured environment, supporting the child’s development while encouraging her curiosity and independence. A strong educational approach is important, with plenty of age-appropriate activities, learning opportunities and time spent together outside the home.
The nanny will work on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, with comfortable accommodation provided during the on-duty periods. The role will focus entirely on the child and will include accompanying her on outings and family activities, as well as incorporating Russian into her everyday life through conversation and language-based activities. The family is looking for someone nurturing, polished and confident, with a genuine passion for early years education and a professional approach to private household childcare.
Requirements
Native or near-native Russian, both spoken and written
Fluent English, both spoken and written
Teaching qualification or pedagogical degree is essential
Proven professional experience caring for preschool-aged children
Strong understanding of early childhood development and education

Salary: £350 per day
Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
