Nanny needed for two children (8 years old and a newborn) in Basingstoke, Hampshire. This is a shared care position working with a hands on mother. The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable, with strong communication skills and a team-player mindset. Candidate must be a confident driver and should also be a confident cook able to prepare homemade meals for the children.
Duties include
- Shared daily care of the baby, following and supporting established routines
- Assisting with feeds, naps, development, and play
- Providing structure and stimulating activities appropriate to developmental stages
- Ensuring the nursery and child-related areas remain tidy and well-organised
- Supporting the family in a discreet and professional manner
- Only nanny duties will apply as the family has a Housekeeper
- Ideally travel with the family 4 weeks a year
- Some occasional babysitting and overnight care
- Cooking meals for the children
Schedule is Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm.
Salary: £45k gross per year
Start date: January 2026
