A family of five on Balboa Island is seeking an energetic and experienced nanny to support their children. The ideal candidate will be confident managing multiple children, planning engaging activities, supervising playtime, and ensuring the children’s safety and wellbeing, while also helping with light household tasks when the children do not require care. The role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and the ability to work weekends, as the family’s current need is Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, plus 12-hour shifts on both Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. The family is open to providing two weekdays off or having someone work all seven days with overtime pay. The position offers $35+ per hour.
