Family in Avon, CT, is seeking a full-time, experienced nanny to care for their 2-year-old and infant. Both parents have intense work schedules and are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and nurturing individual who finds joy in working with children. Must have a clean driving record; a family vehicle is provided for transporting the kids.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary focus on child-related tasks only; no general housekeeping duties
Caring for the 2-year-old initially, as the mom is on maternity leave until March and will care for the infant until then
Leading activities that engage the 2-year-old’s high energy and curiosity; making every day fun and meaningful
Preparing meals for the children and managing their laundry
Organizing family playdates within the local area
Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for both children
Start Date: January
Compensation: $30-$35/hour, based on experience
