A family in Apple Valley, Minnesota is looking for a live-in nanny to help care for their three children, including a newborn and two older kids. The role involves providing attentive, hands-on care for the infant while also supporting the older children with their daily routines, school drop-offs and pick-ups, and homework assistance. The nanny will plan engaging outdoor play and activities, help maintain a structured and balanced schedule, and prepare healthy, child-focused meals throughout the day. Additional responsibilities include managing the children’s laundry, keeping play and living areas tidy and organized, and helping reinforce routines and family values in a consistent and supportive way. The family is seeking someone dependable, proactive, and comfortable in a busy household with children of different ages. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, with occasional travel and flexibility required. Compensation is $28/hr, and while the role is ideally live-in, local candidates interested in a live-out arrangement may also be considered with rate discussed accordingly.
