A family in Al Barsha, Dubai is seeking a highly experienced Professional Nanny to care for and support the development of their three children aged 9, 6, and 4 years old. Their preference is for a qualified childcare professional with additional teaching qualifications in Early Years or Primary Education, ideally with prior VIP or high-profile household experience. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, highly organised, and confident in delivering both structured learning support and engaging developmental activities tailored to school-aged and early years children.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily routines, supporting educational development, assisting with homework, and planning age-appropriate, enriching activities that encourage learning and creativity. The nanny will play a key role in promoting structure, positive behaviour, and developmental progress across all three children. The role is based within a fully staffed household, so strong teamwork, communication skills, and professionalism are essential. The family also requires someone confident in working within a formal household environment.
This is a live-in position with accommodation provided, working 5–6 days per week for approximately 10 hours per day. The role includes international travel with the family, so flexibility and a travel-friendly passport are essential.
Salary is 20,000–25,000 AED per month depending on experience.
