A private family in Zug, Switzerland, is seeking an experienced and caring Russian-speaking nanny to look after their school-aged daughter. The ideal candidate will be warm, reliable, proactive, and confident taking full responsibility for a child throughout the working day.
The role will include kindergarten drop-off and collection, planning fun and age-appropriate activities, organising games and outings, and supporting the child’s development through play and everyday experiences. The nanny will also manage the child’s evening routine and bedtime, prepare meals for her, and make a simple breakfast for the whole family. Child-related household duties will include ironing and organising the child’s clothes, keeping her bedroom tidy, and maintaining order in her wardrobe, toy areas, and play spaces.
Russian is essential for this position, as the family would like the nanny to communicate with the child in Russian throughout the day.
This is a live-in position, and the nanny will have a private bedroom and bathroom.
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week.
The salary is CHF 4,500–5,000 gross per month, depending on experience and suitability.
Candidates must hold a valid Swiss work permit or an EU passport.
