A family in Poway, California, is looking for an experienced nanny to care for their 6-year-old daughter and 1-year-old baby. The role will focus on providing reliable, hands-on childcare and managing the children’s daily routines throughout the week. Duties will include preparing meals and snacks, organising naps and rest time, helping with dressing and personal care, and planning age-appropriate activities for both children. The nanny will support the children’s development through play, books, creative activities, outdoor time, and local outings.
Driving is an important part of the role, so a valid driver’s licence is required, and a family car will be provided for use while on duty. The ideal candidate should be local to Poway and familiar with the area, including local schools, parks, libraries, activities, and family-friendly places. The nanny should be warm, dependable, organised, and confident caring for a baby and school-aged child at the same time.
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm.
The pay is $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience.
