Working parents in Pasadena are looking for an experienced infant nanny for their baby, who will be 4 months old when the role begins in mid-January. This is a one-on-one childcare role for someone who is confident caring for a young baby and enjoys providing attentive, hands-on care throughout the day.
The nanny will follow the baby’s daily routine and take care of feeds, naps, diaper changes, getting dressed, and all the usual needs of a 4-month-old. Age-appropriate play and interaction will also be an important part of the day, including tummy time, books, music, sensory play, and other simple activities that support the baby’s development and emerging milestones. The nanny should be attentive to the baby’s cues and able to adapt the routine as their needs change. Baby-related nursery duties will also be part of the role, such as preparing and washing bottles, keeping the nursery and play areas tidy, and taking care of the baby’s laundry.
The family is looking for someone reliable, nurturing, and confident who can provide a calm environment and work closely with the parents to maintain a consistent routine. Previous experience with infants is important, particularly with babies around this age.
The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6:30am to 5:30pm. The position begins in mid-January and pays $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience.
