A private family based in Woodside, California, is seeking an experienced and nurturing Mandarin-speaking Nanny to care for their baby boy, who will be 4 months old when the position starts in January. Both parents work full-time outside the home, so this is a sole-charge nanny role with primary responsibility for the baby throughout the day. The ideal candidate will be confident and knowledgeable in infant care, warm and attentive, and able to provide a safe, calm and stimulating environment while supporting the baby’s daily routines and development.
The position is Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm, with the flexibility to be either live-out for a local candidate or live-in for someone relocating to the area. The family is looking for a professional nanny who is reliable, organised and genuinely enjoys caring for young babies. Mandarin-speaking ability is an important part of the role, and the successful candidate should be comfortable communicating in Mandarin throughout the baby’s daily routine.
The family is offering $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
