A private family based in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a highly experienced Norland or Early Years-trained Nanny to care for their three young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development and a confident, proactive approach to childcare. They should be warm, organised and able to take initiative in creating a happy, stimulating and well-structured environment for the children, while supporting their individual routines and developmental needs.
This is a full-time, live-in nanny position with regular family travel, so candidates must be comfortable travelling domestically and internationally as required. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday, approximately 7am–7pm. The family is looking for a professional nanny who is adaptable, discreet and genuinely enjoys working with young children, with the ability to become a trusted and valued member of the household.
