A private family based in Zurich, Switzerland, is seeking an experienced and caring Residential Nanny to support their two daughters, aged 8 and 10. The ideal candidate will have a background in education or teaching, with a genuine interest in supporting school-age children and helping them develop confidence and independence. The role will include taking the girls to and from school, helping with homework, and accompanying them to their activities and playdates. The nanny will also prepare healthy meals for the children and ensure their bedrooms, play areas and belongings are kept clean, organised and well maintained.
Additional responsibilities will include the children’s laundry, occasional babysitting, and helping with packing and unpacking when travelling with the family. The family is looking for someone warm, reliable, organised and proactive, who is happy to become a trusted part of the household and provide consistent support for the children.
Own bedroom and private bathroom are provided as part of the residential arrangement.
The position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Salary is CHF 5,000–5,500 gross per month, depending on experience.
