A private family in Kensington, London, is looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking rota nanny to care for two children aged 5 and 1. The position follows a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rota, with the nanny living in the family’s home while on duty. The nanny will have a private bedroom and bathroom during working weeks and will join a fully staffed household where responsibilities are clearly divided between the family’s team.
The role will focus on providing attentive, reliable care for both children, with the nanny responsible for their daily routines, meals, school and nursery arrangements, activities, outings, and general nursery duties. The family would like the nanny to speak Spanish with the children and incorporate the language naturally into everyday life through conversation, books, games, and activities. The nanny should be confident caring for both a school-aged child and a young toddler, with the ability to adapt the day to their different routines, ages, and developmental needs. The role may also involve occasional international travel with the family, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are required.
Previous rota nanny experience and experience working within a fully staffed private household would be advantageous.
