A family in Houston, TX is looking for a warm and experienced French-speaking nanny to care for their newborn. The ideal candidate will speak French naturally throughout the day and enjoy creating a French-speaking environment through conversation, songs, books and play. The role will focus on all aspects of newborn care while supporting a calm daily routine and giving the baby plenty of one-on-one attention. Previous newborn experience is important, along with a genuine love of working with infants.
This is a live-out position and occasional travel with the family will be required. A family vehicle is available for child-related transportation. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with 45 guaranteed hours per week. The family is looking for someone caring, reliable and comfortable becoming a trusted part of their household.
The salary is $30–$35 per hour, plus a monthly health and dental stipend, PTO and paid holidays.
