An international family who divides their time between Toronto, Canada and Dubai is seeking an experienced French-speaking Nanny to provide dedicated care for their newborn. This is a wonderful opportunity for a professional nanny who is confident with infants and enjoys becoming a trusted, long-term part of a family’s life. The role will be live-out in Toronto, where the nanny must be able to commute independently, and live-in in Dubai, with accommodation provided by the family.
The family is looking for someone warm, attentive, and experienced with newborn care who can provide consistency as the family moves between their two homes. The successful candidate should be comfortable with international travel and adapting to different environments while maintaining the baby’s routines and developmental needs. The family will arrange the nanny’s Dubai work permit. Candidates must hold a Canadian passport or a valid visa that allows them to legally live and work in Toronto.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, nurturing care for a newborn
Establish and maintain consistent feeding, sleeping, and daily routines
Support healthy infant development through age-appropriate interaction and stimulation
Follow the family’s preferred approach to newborn care and daily routines
Prepare bottles and baby meals as appropriate
Keep the nursery, baby equipment, clothing, and supplies clean and organised
Handle baby-related laundry and general nursery organisation
Monitor the baby’s wellbeing and communicate regularly with the parents
Travel between Toronto and Dubai with the family as required
Provide continuity of care while adapting to each location
Requirements:
Fluent French speaker
Previous professional newborn or infant nanny experience
Strong understanding of newborn care and early development
Warm, patient, reliable, and highly attentive
Comfortable working internationally and adapting to different household environments
Able to commute to the family’s home in Toronto
Canadian passport or valid visa permitting legal residence and employment in Toronto
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
Excellent references from previous employers
Position Details:
Schedule: 35–40 hours per week
Days: Monday–Friday, with weekends off
Compensation: CAD $5,000–$6,000 per month
