A UHNW family in Silicon Valley is seeking an experienced Educational Nanny to care for and support the development of their three children, ages 3, 7, and 9. This is an ideal opportunity for a nanny with a background in early childhood or elementary education who enjoys blending academics with hands-on learning and adventure. The family is looking for someone who can foster a love of reading, strengthen math skills, encourage excellent manners, and build executive function while also promoting creativity, outdoor exploration, and age-appropriate independence.
The successful candidate will create a safe, engaging environment where each child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities include transporting the children to and from school and activities, planning enriching indoor and outdoor experiences, researching and coordinating enrichment classes, sports, and camps, and organizing the children’s bedrooms and play spaces. The role also includes accompanying the family on travel, where you will help plan child-friendly meals and activities, pack and unpack for trips, and keep children engaged during flights with structured, educational activities.
This is a full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week and two days off, offering a competitive hourly rate of $60–$75, depending on experience.
