An Emirati family in Dubai is seeking an experienced nanny/governess to support the growth and development of their 2-year-old child. The family is looking for a warm, educated, and engaging professional who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys creating enriching learning experiences through play. This role is focused entirely on the child’s development rather than household management. The ideal candidate will plan stimulating activities, encourage curiosity and independence, support language and social development, and introduce age-appropriate educational experiences that build confidence and essential life skills. Responsibilities include organising extracurricular activities, planning creative and educational play, supporting daily routines, and fostering a nurturing environment where the child can thrive. The family is looking for someone proactive, energetic, and committed to becoming a positive influence in their child’s early years. Applicants must already be based in Dubai, as the family is not considering relocation candidates. Schedule: Five days per week, 8–10 hours per day. Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
