A family in Back Bay, Boston is seeking an experienced Nanny / Household Manager to care for their three children, ages 5, 8, and 10, while helping keep the household running smoothly. The family is looking for a proactive, highly organized professional who enjoys balancing childcare with household management and can confidently take ownership of the afternoon routine.
Responsibilities include picking the children up from school, driving them to activities and appointments using the family’s nanny car, supervising homework, preparing snacks and simple meals, and supporting the evening routine. While the children are at school, the role focuses on household management, including organizing the home, keeping shared spaces tidy, coordinating cleaners and deliveries, running errands, grocery shopping, and handling other day-to-day tasks that help the household operate efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, and an excellent multitasker who enjoys working independently and becoming a valued part of a family’s daily life.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with 40 guaranteed hours per week.
Start Date: Early September.
Compensation: $40.00 per hour.
