An international UHNW family based between Monaco and Spain is seeking an experienced Rota Nanny to provide exceptional care and support for their 8-year-old daughter. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the child’s wellbeing, education, daily routines, and overall development while working closely with an established team to ensure consistency across multiple residences.
The role offers extensive international travel and requires a highly adaptable, organized, and discreet professional who is comfortable working across different countries and time zones. The ideal nanny will create engaging, age-appropriate activities, encourage independence and confidence, and provide attentive, high-quality care while maintaining the family’s routines and values.
Requirements:
Significant experience as a career nanny within UHNW private households
Previous rota nanny experience is highly desirable
Extensive international travel experience preferred
Fluent English is essential, as it is the child’s primary language of education
Fluency in German, Spanish, or English is required
EU passport is essential due to the family’s international travel schedule
Professional, adaptable, discreet, and able to work confidently across multiple residences and time zones
This position follows a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota, with full flexibility required during working weeks. Accommodation is provided throughout working rotations and while travelling.
Compensation: £70,000 – £90,000 gross per year DOE.
