An international UHNW family based in Mayfair, London is seeking an exceptional Rota Nanny to provide outstanding care for their two children. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the children’s day-to-day lives, including school routines, homework support, educational activities, and planning enriching experiences both at home and out in the community. You will manage the children’s wardrobes, bedrooms, schedules, and daily organization while working closely with parents, schools, tutors, and the wider household team to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a career nanny within UHNW or private households
Previous rota nanny experience is highly desirable
Fluent English is essential
Additional language skills, particularly French, are an advantage
Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate educational activities
Ability to act as a confident proxy parent while maintaining the family’s routines and values
Warm, emotionally intelligent, proactive, and highly organized
Professional, discreet, and committed to maintaining complete confidentiality
The position follows a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota, with accommodation provided during working rotations. The family offers a salary of up to £80,000 per year, depending on experience, and applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK.
