A welcoming family in Fishers, Indiana is seeking a loving and dependable full-time nanny to care for their baby girl. Both parents work from home and are looking for an experienced caregiver who is confident providing attentive, independent infant care during the workday. The ideal candidate is nurturing, reliable, and knowledgeable about infant development, feeding, sleep routines, and age-appropriate activities. A warm personality, excellent communication skills, and previous infant care experience are highly valued.
Responsibilities: Provide loving, attentive care throughout the day, follow the baby’s feeding and nap schedule, change diapers, prepare bottles, engage in age-appropriate developmental activities, read, sing, and encourage early learning through play. Keep the nursery, bottles, toys, and the baby’s laundry clean and organized. Take the baby for walks when appropriate and maintain a safe, calm, and stimulating environment while respecting that both parents work from home.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Compensation: $28–30/hour.
