A family in Cambridge, MA is seeking a caring, experienced full-time nanny to care for their two children, ages 16 months and 4 years. The family is looking for someone who is energetic, dependable, and passionate about early childhood development. The ideal candidate enjoys planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, spending time outdoors, and creating a fun, nurturing environment where both children can thrive. Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and previous experience caring for toddlers and preschoolers are highly valued.
Responsibilities: Provide attentive care for both children throughout the day, plan enriching indoor and outdoor activities, prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children, handle school pick-up for the older child, maintain consistent daily routines, encourage learning through play, and keep the children’s bedrooms, play areas, and belongings clean, tidy, and organized. Build a warm relationship with the family while supporting the children’s growth, development, and well-being.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Start Date: September.
Compensation: $35/hour, based on experience.
