A family in Seattle, Washington is seeking an experienced Mandarin or Cantonese speaking nanny to care for their baby on a full-time basis. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing and engaging childcare professional who is passionate about infant development and bilingual language learning. The family is looking for someone who will naturally incorporate Mandarin and/or Cantonese into daily interactions, helping to foster language development while providing a warm, safe, and stimulating environment during the baby’s early years.
The nanny will be responsible for supporting the baby’s developmental milestones through tummy time, sensory play, reading, music, and other age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and curiosity. Daily responsibilities include following established feeding and nap routines, washing bottles and pump parts, completing light baby laundry, and keeping all baby-related areas clean, organised, and tidy. The ideal candidate will have previous infant care experience, a strong understanding of early childhood development, and a calm, attentive approach to providing high-quality care.
The position is Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, and offers $32–$35, depending on experience.
