Cleveland, OH – A professional family based in Shaker Heights, Ohio is seeking an exceptional Norland Nanny to provide dedicated, full-time care for their newborn. Both parents work full time outside the home, so they are looking for a confident, experienced nanny who can take full responsibility for the baby’s daily care while creating a calm, nurturing, and stimulating environment. This is a live-in position with private accommodation provided. Flexibility to travel with the family on occasion is also required.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the newborn’s daily routine, including feeding, sleep schedules, developmental play, and creating a safe and loving environment that supports healthy early development. A strong understanding of infant care, child development, and age-appropriate activities is essential, along with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently. The family is looking for a warm, professional, and discreet Norland-trained nanny who takes pride in providing outstanding childcare and building a trusting relationship with both parents.
The position is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, and offers a highly competitive salary of $100,000+ per year, depending on experience.
