A private family in Dubai is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Educational Nanny to provide exceptional care and developmental support for their 2-year-old child. This role is ideal for a nanny with a strong early years background who is passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and reach their full potential through thoughtful routines, engaging activities, and age-appropriate learning experiences.
The successful candidate will combine outstanding childcare skills with a strong understanding of early childhood education, supporting the child’s daily routines while creating a stimulating and nurturing environment. Responsibilities will include both childcare and nursery-style duties, as well as planning and implementing educational activities that encourage cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. The family is looking for someone warm, professional, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Requirements:
Minimum CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, EYFS Level 3, or an equivalent childcare qualification
Strong knowledge of early years education and child development principles
Genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, growth, and development
Previous experience as an educational nanny, nursery practitioner, or early years professional
Ability to create and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational activities
Experience supporting developmental milestones in young children
Confident managing daily childcare routines, including meals, play, hygiene, and sleep schedules
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood best practices
Warm, nurturing, and patient approach with excellent communication skills
This is a full-time position in Dubai, Monday–Saturday from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, with a salary starting from £50,000 per year.
