A busy family in Irvine, CA is looking for an experienced Career Nanny / Family Assistant to support the care of their three children, including 8-year-old twins and a 4-year-old. The family is seeking someone who can build a strong relationship with the children while creating a positive, structured environment that encourages confidence, independence, and learning.
The role will include managing school and after-school routines, planning engaging age-appropriate activities, assisting with homework, preparing healthy meals and snacks, and supporting the children’s daily schedules. Alongside childcare, the successful candidate will help with family assistant duties such as organising calendars, coordinating children’s activities, running occasional errands, and keeping children’s areas organised.
This is a Monday to Friday position, offering $40–$45 per hour, depending on experience, for a long-term nanny who is reliable, adaptable, and enjoys becoming an integral part of a family.
