A family in Bethesda, MD is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Baby Nanny to provide loving, attentive care for their 3-month-old baby. The ideal candidate has extensive infant experience and a genuine passion for supporting a child’s growth during the first year of life. The family is looking for someone who can provide development-focused care, encourage age-appropriate milestones, introduce solids at the appropriate stage, and help establish healthy routines as the baby grows. Fluent Spanish is essential, as the family would like to foster bilingual language development through everyday interactions. In addition to providing exceptional infant care, responsibilities include washing and sterilizing bottles, handling the baby’s laundry, keeping the kitchen tidy after baby-related tasks, and maintaining organized children’s spaces and belongings. The ideal nanny is warm, dependable, proactive, and committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The family is offering $33-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Candidates must already be based in the DC metropolitan area, including Washington, DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia.
