A prominent UHNW family based in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Full-Time Nanny to join their established nanny team caring for three young children, ranging from infancy to 4 years old. This is an exceptional long-term opportunity for a professional nanny who is passionate about early childhood development, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and thrives in a fully staffed household. The family is looking for someone who can provide nurturing, developmentally focused care while contributing to a structured and engaging environment for the children.
Working alongside the parents, fellow nannies, and household staff, you will help support the children’s daily routines, including meals, naps, outdoor play, and developmental milestones. The role also includes planning stimulating, age-appropriate activities, preparing simple and nutritious meals and snacks, and encouraging learning through play and exploration. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Montessori, teaching, or a related field, who are organised, proactive, and enjoy being part of a professional childcare team.
Requirements:
Proven professional nanny experience, ideally within private or UHNW households.
Background in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Montessori, teaching, or a related field.
Passion for supporting early learning and developmental milestones.
Experience planning engaging, age-appropriate educational activities.
Comfortable working collaboratively within a nanny team and fully staffed household.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Fluent in English; fluency in Mandarin, French, or another language is highly desirable.
Warm, discreet, reliable, and proactive.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience.
