A professional family based in Boca Raton, Florida is seeking an experienced ROTA Nanny to support the care and development of their toddler and infant. This is a long-term opportunity for a professional childcare provider with a background in education, preschool, or teaching, who is passionate about fostering early learning in a nurturing and engaging environment. The family is looking for someone who can confidently establish routines, encourage developmental milestones, and provide consistent, attentive care while working as part of a collaborative household.
The nanny’s primary focus will be on supporting the children’s daily routines and promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development through age-appropriate activities and play. The role includes all child-related duties, maintaining organised children’s spaces, and travelling with the family between residences when required.
Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, working approximately 10-hour shifts during rotation weeks.
This is a live-out position, and applicants must already be based in Boca Raton.
Compensation: from $100,000 per year, plus a healthcare stipend.
